Q.

I gave birth to a son on May 11 I have had a caesarean, my milk supply is low, what should I do?

A. Feeding two hourly initially till your baby learn to latch, n to stimulate milk secretion. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, milk, ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts ,oats, garlic, makhana everyday.
