I have a 3 months old baby with a very low milk supply can I take any supplements to increase the milk supply. pls reply

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert.
