Q.
Its been 6 months i delivered a baby. I am doing supplemental feeding right from my baby birth due to low milk supply but still i didn't get my periods back why?

It varies from one to one
as some will get every next month after delivery and some after one year of delivery
my period started after 4 months of first delivery and 8 months after the second delivery
