I gained 24 kilo in preganancy. But my baby was only 2.78 kg. Why didnt he gain weight? Height-164cm Before pregnancy- 62kg, after- 86 kg Any tips for weight gain in baby in womb so that i can try for next? My baby was taken out in surgery as his heartbeat when down and he consumed some meconium.

A. well all this is metabolism ok.do not wor ry.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily. . .
