How much weight gain is needed in whole pregnancy?i have completed 7 month..till now i gained only 5 kg..before conceive i was 60 now its 65..is it ok or underweight??

See A lot of women gain about 5 to 10 KG if you gain maximum like 10 to 15 KG into your delivery time then that is considered completely normal so five is fine you still have to work three months to go with it maybe a little more over the period so it’s perfectly alright as of now
