After my pregnancy I have gained 5 kg weight. it's not much but still I am not able to loose. It's been 9 months now

A. Hello Now you can try to start with strength training exercises. It will make you lose fat & gain muscle mass slowly Make sure you do it under a trainers guidance. Also ensure to follow a protein rich diet with the exercise.
