Q.

I felt am not producing enough milk,doctor gave me lactare tablets. when am consuming the tablet the milk is overflowing and when I stop using it until 2 days everything is normal after that milk got reduced. what to do?

A. You have to continue taking it and don’t stop taking it for two days and continue it and massage your breast towards nipple and make more skin to skin contact with baby and drink plenty f liquids as well

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
