Q.
i am a mother of 2 months old baby boy. i have a doubt regarding breastfeeding. I used everything like satavari, lactare tablets, lactare granules, mother horlicks, methi tablets, perinorm tablet, domstal tablet and also I am using electric breast pump too. even though I am not getting enough milk. 30ml I'm getting when I pump. i am feeling my breasts are very soft and empty. can anyone help in this how can I get enough milk

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, do continue with all.. avoid stress, and take plenty of fluids too.. it's preferable to visit your treating gynecologist for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
