Q.

I feed my baby at 9:00 am then at 12:00 pm I give him 2 biscuits with one cup of tea and then at 3:00 pm give him cerelac.... then almost at 4:00 pm and sometimes at 4:00 pm breast feed him... is that ok or I should make any change... actually I’m a working mother...

A. You should include fruit in his diet and give two solids and instead of giving tea at that time give either fruit to the baby or cerelac and like one meal at morning 10 am and one meal around 4 pm and around 1 pm fruit can be given and rest of the time you can feed maintaining time gap If two hours between meals and feeding

A. I’d agree that you are a working mother but I would like to correct to a certain places you cannot give biscuits to the child yea is completely restricted coffee is completely restricted till the age of five years it has a higher amount of nicotine and caffeine it’s not good for child also you should go for more of home cooked food like porridge khichadi mashed banana Suji to variate naturalist of rather than depending upon the packed ones
