I have take xarelto yesterday at 3:00 pm. Can I breastfeed my 1.2 yr old now in the morning at 7am. Please help

A. Dr prescriped me this medicine for blood thinning.

A. actually most of the medicines are not allowed during lactation because it directly impacts the baby I would request you to please consult with your gynecologist or here you can mention the purpose for this medicine so we can guide you

Q. My baby is 13 months old. He sleeps at 10:00 am in the morning for 2:30 hrs and again sleeps at 7:00 pm at night until 7:00 am in the morning. Also I feed him breastmilk at 7:00 pm to put him to sleep. And in the middle of the whole night he sucks my breast for 5 min (around 5 times) as dreamfeed. Can anyone answer to my two questions: 1.
