lots of veggies,poha,mur mure chat,besan cutlets,using air fryer or ghee or less oil option for salt.
Paneer,veggies rolls,frankies ,sweet corn ,pea nut /chole chat,papad chat.
Sweet - besan,til/seseme,dry fruit ladoo/barfi,pea but chikki,urad dal ladoo,flax seed ladoo you can use atta ,ragi flour while preparing dry fruit ladoo.
