Q.

I drink 3 to 4 litres of water per day as our gynecologist suggest...but my grandmother told me to drink less water otherwise your breastmilk will be watery....I was confused...suggest me what to do

A. Your doctor is right you should drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water and eat a healthy and nutritious diet as well along with liquids so your milk is not watery and contains fats as well
