Q.

I delivered a baby girl she is 3 months old I don't have any issues on putting my weight but I got little bit belly its not lurking good

A. To reduce after pregnancy weight, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking and Yogasanas. Drink lukewarm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday.
