I completed 8months can I do skipping

A. hi after 6 months of delivery ,you can start to do any workout . but at start prefer to do low impact exercises. eat couple of bites less than usual. take healthy and well blanaced diet. avoid taking processed oily spicy food. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. maintain good hygiene.
