Q.

I become very thin after baby birth now I am not feeding my baby please tell me how can i growth my health

A. Dear mum, for your good health, you should has homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds, flaxseed. Have adequate water intake.
