my son was 3kg at birth and his weight has reduced from 3kg and he hag become very thin .

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. after birth there will be a slight weight loss then the baby will start gaining weight in few days.. ideally around 500-700g per month.. it is exclusively recommended to breast feed till baby complete six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain..
