My hair have become very thin and frizzy after delivery. someone suggested me to take biotin and folic acid tablet. is it good for hair growth?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You can take it is not a problem but you need to understand the root cause behind a problem so in this case I would advise you to one time consult a dermatologist and they will be able to give you proper help in medication associated with the problem
