first thinking follow healthy diet Regime and with permission of your gynecologist you can start exercising like a brisk walking jogging some floor exercises Surya Namaskar. reduce your fat and sugar intake also minimise carbohydrate intake instead take protein rich diet also include different seasonal vegetables fruits and Vitamins rich food in your diet..
drinking one or two cup of green or a herbal tea everyday will also do
