I am tring to reduce my belly fat..but could not find any result from last month

A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar. tc

A. hello you should be doing abdominal exercise which can help reduce your belly fat and also you should be doing other excercise and walking along with you shoul have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and this can hel reduce your belly fat
