I am the mother of 4month baby and breastfeed toooo can I eat oats and Kellogg's for my wait loss and there is problem for my baby

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can eat all this but if you would wanna lose weight and don’t eat well then u will Lose onto your feed also as it’s very important for u to eat well as one time u can have for bf but not with an intention of losing weight
