Q.
I am suffering from muscle pains after 7 months of delivery especially in arms and shoulders...may be by carrying my baby..so please suggest me solution for the same.

it might happen because of nutritional deficiencies
so , please take Healthy and well blanaced diet.
take nuts , dry fruits, different pulses etc in your diet.
avoid drinking RO water.
take enough sleep
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
