#AskTheExpert after 4 months of delivery i have become very weak...i had c section and i feed my baby my own milk....my upper back, lower back, my shoulders, arms ache so so much.. what sould i eat and what should i do??

A. calcium n iron daily. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
