l have c section delivery and now 3month has completed but still I have not got my period what to do

you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

See there is no certainty as to when are you going to resume with your period after your delivery could be right after a month and sometimes it can take a longer time to 6 months to 18 months to 2 years also but all this timing is completely normal for a woman whenever your body is ready to menstruate you will have your period cycle back
