I am staying in Karnataka and we recently shifted from Mumbai...My daughter is 19 months old and due to cold weather her face skin has become dry and rough. Kindly suggest what I should apply... Presently, I am using Seba Med cream..

Whever we change any city the weather might differ and it effects on delicate sensitive skin, you can apply Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream, it soothen the dry and irritated skin and keeps skin moisturized and provides hydration too. It contains oats and vitamins which keeps skin healthy and soft.
