Q.
I am on bed rest from 4th month of pregnancy. I have done cervical cerclage due to incompetent os. Is it advisable to do baby shower?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Of course you can do baby Shower. You can sit for a while and then go into your room to have rest As after OS tightening total bed rest is not needed but you should avoid more of heavy workouts
