Q.

I am not aboe to loose weight post pregnancy. Its been mote than an year now. My baby was delivered via c-section. Please suggest what should I do..Even though I dont each too much and no unhealthy food..I am a working mother. No time for any other activity

A. hi mom u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar fat do yoga brisk walk cycling etc

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
