Q.
I am new mom to month old baby boy already taking galact granules for increasing milk supply but can I take shatavari ayurvedic tablets along with it as I feel I am still not able to satisfy my baby and gave him formula milk 30 ml once as prescribed by doctor.Also please let me know that how many times can i give this quantity formula milk to my baby as per his growing needs.

It can be offered every four hours.
but the BM is the ultimate food for a baby
so try to improve your BM by ayurvedic remedies
You may use leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks.
take sunbath daily
don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
