Q.

i am mummy..mera full body weight ho gya h plss me.. m housewife hu...m exercise nhi kr pati hu but m ghr ka pura km karti hu.. fir bhi mera weight km nhi ho rha h...kya warm water me coffe nd lemon pine se kch hoga pls help me expert ...i am so ooo sad

A. You need to take high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrates diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass a day.,Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. good afternoon proper 1 hour of exercise is very important for losing weight I would recommend you to try to make sure that you avoid eating dinner and even if you are having dinner it should be masala oats
