mera pregnancy ke bd se wait bdh gya h....m house wife hu m bhoot apset hu... pls plss mera tummy thigh and back part bhoot weight ho rha h pls plss help me... 2 saal ka baccha ho gya h ...apne aap ko dekhne me accha nhi lgta hh,....

You can go ahead we doing intermittent fasting if you want to along with that exercise of your choice you can at least manage to go for morning walk go ahead Vedha twice in the day morning and evening after dinner and I think for You intermittent fasting is going to be really very good that’s going to help in better weight loss Koi
