I am mother for 2 1/2 baby an normal delivery .....when I can start aerobics dance?

A. It is recommended to start doing light exercises after 3-4 weeks of normal delivery. And if you want to start aerobics, first adapt your body to it by doing workouts slowly. Once you feel comfortable, you can also do engage yourself in aerobics, but without stressing yourself too much.
