Q.

Delivery was C- section. and my baby was 2 months old. I want to start some aerobic exercise to get fit and back to normal. can any one suggest me from when I will start aerobics to reduce my weight????

A. you can do a great variety of exercise you know like the zoomba or hot yoga and tgey will all help tiy but best is to waut till sux month ok
