i am monther of 5 months old child ..normal delivery ..now iam 75 kilos and wiyh belly i wanna loose weight ..please suggest me good advice

A. hi mom to loose weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control is must take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet .. start yoga cycling

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
