I am mother of 5 months old baby but i have loose belly fat and increased weight so pls tell me which exercise should I do after c-section delivery

A. Wait for another one month and start doing Abdominal and toning exercises but you are a wound healing should have been complete and timely. As of now you can start with 5000 steps per day of brisk walking
