I am in week 11th of my pregnancy. By week 9th I had nausea but In starting of week 10th it suddenly stopped and totally disappeared. However, throughout the day other symptoms like sense of smell, taste buds is very worst which causes headache. Even feeling tired and sleepy all day is one of the symptom is at the peak. After reading articles on pregnancy about sudden stopping of morning sickness causes miscarriage making me worried about my pregnancy. I would like to ask experts is that any relation between this the sudden stopping of nausea with miscarriage. Even not noticed any red or pink patches on napkin. Please give me detail analysis on this. Thank you
