I am in 5th month of pregnancy I have cold and sneezing can I take stream??

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning yes definitely you can go ahead and take some steam there is no problem I would recommend that you should also try to take a mixture of Tulsi with black pepper Ginger honey and warm water
