Don't use any medication without doctors, gynaecologist prescription as you have been delivered recently and breast feed too , Gynaecologist would prescribe you medication which is safe for breast feeding. Have more water, fluids, Rehydration drinks for hydration , sabudana kheer (boil sabudana with water add sugar and have it to control motions.
