I am breastfeeding my daughter .she has completed 6 months so do I need to continue my calcium supplement. if yes, for how long?

A. dear as regards the calcium supplements it is generally recommended atleast till first 6 months but you need to consult with your doctor to know for how long to consume meanwhile a balanced diet is also important
