my son is 13 months old. for 1 year i took calcium supplement. I'm still breastfeeding my son. My son has milk allergy so I have stopped milk completely for him also milk is strictly no. kindly let me know if i can continue taking the calcium supplement. please some gynaecologist answer the questions

Calcium supplement is recommended for a woman so that they can recover the weakness that they have at the time of delivery because a body becomes really it’s mostly the span for six months to 1 year after that you can quit rest if there is a situation that you are facing when you can check with your gynaecologist because if the doctor has advised you for one year only then you should quit taking medicines otherwise you can take them on your doctors advise only
