I am breastfeeding my 1 month old baby. Can I eat crossiant or pastry?

A. Dear mum, you can have pastry or crossaint occasionally. Both of these are junk foods, so you can have it once in a while. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.

A. Hello mom Yes you can have it but not regularly. And try to eat all such things only in a day time. Because all such things can create gastric issues in babies. Because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mother’s diet then you have to maintain a proper diet and feed your baby properly and on time. Happy parenting
