can a breast feeding mom have icecreams or pastry...does they effect the baby

A. definitely the mother can have it diet of the mother does not cause any problem to the child. also the gas in abdomen of the child is not due to diet taken by the mother. mother can take all types of home made food which is good for her own health. it is advisable to take all types of food made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits and milk by the mother.

A. Yes You can have anything that you want to it is just that you have to have every quality because pastries have a lot of cream sweet and completely wait up of refined flour and ice creams are also very cold in nature so just have it in a very moderate quantity
