Q.

I am breastfeeding and is suffering from coughing while sleeping my throat feels irritated and i start coughing whenever i lay down the pharmacy gave Asthakind dx but i am worried since internet says its not safe for my baby as i am breastfeeding but i am coughing too much and have tried other medicine which didn't work please help.

A. Namaste Mom, These seasonal cough takes time , try instead some home remedies is better. so warm water, position on bed you are comfortable and does not trigger cough as such. have ginger juice , honey mix
