My 1 year old child is coughing a lot while sleeping at night and his nose is also running. His nose feels dry while sleeping. It also feels like his throat is dry. Can he get cured without medicine?

A. Mami the point if things are better or getting better without giving medicine then it is okay but if you feel it is becoming heavier or worse over the period then in that case it would be better to go for an oral medication
