Q.

i am already giving fibre rich diet to my 13 month baby and water intake is around 450ml. No milk yet due to constipation. Stool is semi solid, thick clay like consistency. pa passes stool everyday but strains alot. what should I do.

A. hello. include Dried fruits such as figs, raisins, apricots and dates are very rich sources of fibre. They help maintain good gut health and help prevent constipation in children. apply coconut oil at anal region.
