please suggest high fibre rich food to prevent constipation in 7 month old baby

A. okay no problem u. can Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to give sufficient quantity of water to the child apart from that you can give honey to your baby in fibre you can try to give lots of seasonal fruits to the child
