please suggest high fibre rich food to prevent constipation in 7 month old baby

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem u. can Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
