I am a vegetarian having twins. How do I fulfill my daily protein requirements with veg diet?

A. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, all milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese, milk, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.

A. hi mom. if you are a vegetarian and you want to have the proper protein requirement then you can have the paneer, i tofu soybean milk products. you can have lots of grains and legumes. but if you are asking this for the weight management do not do it until you breastfeed your child
