Q.

I am a mother of a 3 month old baby girl and i have been breastfeeding However for 2 days I am not able to supply enough breast milk. can you please suggest any good supplement

A. Have more of proteins green leafy vegetable into your diet have good amount of liquids and also please make sure that you’re having a protein diet also when you talk about any kind of medicine that you can take then I would recommend you to take fenugreek capsules twice in a day
