Q.
I am a mother of 4 yrs old boy... I had a post partum depression after his birth... it lasted for days and months... I want to be pregnant again.. but i am afraid of suffering post partum depression again. How can i overcome or prevent the situation?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. It isn’t compulsory that you will have it again.
But if you remember if there was a triggering factor then you can avoid it this time.also have a talk with a therapist beforehand and plan.
