I am a mother of 3 months 12 days old baby boy I am not able to feed my baby sufficiently and when use lactare capsules and lactogen powder I gained weight more how I can my improve my milk feed

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while feeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
