Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, well anything can make you have Gass but for 3 mo ths old baby it is sure that milk consumption makes him gassy. So you should consume all that what is right for you and the baby. If the medicine as per you cause gas, then consult with your doctor for any substitute.
