My son is 9 month old. what food should I feed? shall I feed him chickoo daily? I taking lactare capsules and Galact granules daily. when should I stop that?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Yes you can give ,Sapota or Chickoo is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium and iron. It is also a great source of energy due the natural sweetness of the fruit. Sapota is a great fruit that can be fed to your babies and toddlers as they will love the sweetness that it imparts.
